Warehouse Assistant — Join the Havenside Team

Havenside is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you like variety in your workday — one minute organizing inventory, the next loading a truck or building kits for the field team — this could be a great fit.

Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday

• Shift options: 7 am–12 pm

What You'll Do

Keep Inventory in Order

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
• Label and organize stock locations
• Run regular inventory counts and flag discrepancies
• Check product quality and report any damage
• Help stock the warehouse store and track what needs restocking

Handle Shipping & Receiving

• Load/unload trucks with pallet jacks (forklift if certified)
• Verify packing lists, invoices, and shipping paperwork
• Package and label outgoing shipments

Support Warehouse & Field Operations

• Check materials in/out with installation teams
• Build and verify installation kits for field crews
• Restock vehicle inventory alongside the install team
• Help with fleet vehicle maintenance so vehicles stay road-ready
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Report hazards and equipment issues right away

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic computer skills
• Warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not required

Bonus Points For

• Forklift certification
• OSHA 10 certification
• Experience with warehouse management or shipping software
• A background in carpentry, handyman work, or another skilled trade
• Sharp organizational and time-management skills

The Day-to-Day

• Fast-paced warehouse environment, moving between office and warehouse spaces
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
• Steel-toe boots and hard hat required when on the warehouse floor
